How fast will I hear back?
Within one business hour, Mon–Sat 9–5. Messages sent overnight get answered first thing the next morning.
Can I book same-day?
Often yes, especially mid-week. Online booking shows real-time availability, and same-day slots open up when cancellations happen.
What if I need to cancel?
Reschedule free up to 24 hours out. Inside that window, half the session rate applies.
Is there anything that would stop me being seen?
Fever, contagious illness, new unexplained pain, or a recent injury without clearance. Use the contact form and Jenn will tell you honestly whether to come in.
